After making the payment you need to login with your credentials in the respective state EAMCET that is TS/AP EAMCET login page.You need to fill the online application in desktop or laptop.If you are trying to fill the application form in a phone then you cannot do that.You need to have last version of Google chrome or Firefox.If you still cannot fill the form clear the data and cache from your browser and try logging again or wait for sometime and try.
