I have completed my graduation (Bengali hons). Now I'm join GNM course (1st yr) After that Post BSc course compulsory for me?

GNM is a diploma course of three and half years, while Post Basic Nursing is 2- year undergraduate program.

 So, not just the course structure varies as in what are the different aspects you're taught, but so does the job opportunitier and salary packages it provides.

Doing Post Basic will bring more advancement in term of growth opportunities for you regarding knowledge of your course of study as well as better job profiles compared to GNM.
