As per the new UGC guidelines, a student can obviously pursue two degree programs together. So yeah! You can do the MEd and MCOM together provided the management of time in both the degrees may be a issue. So you should enquire well before joining the course so that you can get the way of relaxation (if any) for pursuing two different courses at a time.
