I understand that you have completed your graduation but have yet not received your degree certificate and thus facing a dilemma regarding the same and so to answer your question, firstly you need to meet the Controller of Examination and the Principal of your concerned college/ university at the earliest and address them this discrepancy and request them to solve the issue if there aren't any complications. If they suggest that there are some complications associated with you obtaining the degree then firstly you need to clear or get rid of them. If that is not the case then request them to issue you a provisional certificate so that you can produce it at your areas of need until you receive the final degree certificate.
