Yes, you can apply for CS Executive of ICSI as long as you have cleared all your backlogs and completed graduation in any discipline except fine arts from a recognized university, it's fine, there is no upper age limit however candidates need to attain 17 years age, ICSI conducts CS Executive at national level twice a year in the month of June and December, you can visit our page at https://finance.careers360.com/exams/cs-executive-exam to know more details regarding this.
