You have not mentioned the course for which you want to apply in Owaisi Nursing College. As you want to seek admission based on intermediate scores, I assume that you are asking about B.sc Nursing.

As you have completed your intermediate from commerce stream, you cannot go for the Nursing course. The reason being that Candidates need to have 50% marks in class 12 particularly with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Commerce stream makes you ineligible for this course.
