Eligibility Criteria to appear for MP PG Medical Admission is as follows-

- Candidate must possess a provisional or permanent MBBS degree of pass certificate from medical institute recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Candidates should be registered with MCI or State Medical Council (SMC) before the counselling process.
- An applicant must have completed their 12 months rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2019.
- It is important to qualify the NEET PG 2019 by securing the minimum qualifying percentile.

Eligibility Criteria to appear for UP PG Medical Admission is as follows-

- Candidates must have MBBS degree or MBBS provisional/permanent pass certificate issued by medical college recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Candidates should have completed their 12 months rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2019, and possess the completion certificate.
- Candidates who have passed MBBS from the college/institute which is not in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for admission
- It is mandatory to secure the minimum NEET PG cut off 2019 set by the NBE to qualify the exam.

As you have completed MBBS from MBBS, you are eligible for admission to medical colleges in MP and as mentioned in the eligibility criteria of UP, candidates who have passed MBBS from any other state are also eligible for admission therefore, you should be eligible for both the states if you fulfill the eligiblity criteria.
