Hello,

The eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA requires a candidate to have done 12th and should have passed undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
NIOS candidate are eligible for admission in MBA courses so yes, you should give 12th with nios.But i would like to mention one thing here is that i would be difficult for you to take admission in any top B School because they are strict about eligibility.
