Even if you completed your +2 in Rajasthan after schooling from class 1 to 10 in Telangana, you will be entitled as a local candidate for TS EAPCET 2025, because the rules say that it constitutes a local resident having resided (or studied) in Telangana for 4 continuous years prior to the qualifying examination.
