Yes you can apply for b.tech and any graduate degree.For b.tech u need atleast 50% marks in your 12 standard it will be very good if you have 60% marks marks since many companies demands for your carrier i.e 60 % in your 10 and 12 both including b.tech also

Graduation will be also good option for you if you want to go in the field of railway,bank and other similar government jobs
