I called the Organizing chairman of JEE on the contact number available in the official site. He told me that I would able to pay and that the site would be open again for payment on May fifteenth. However, this didn't happen. Yesterday, he said again that it would be open in a couple of days and that I would be able to pay. I'm a little bit paranoid. Can I be sure that I would be able to write the examination?
