Manoj it means that you have to reload it again because if they are telling that means that you didn't have done it properly or the photo image is not of proper dimensions. Try to do it again if it is not updating one time then try to update it second time as well till 14th of October.

I would like to inform you that you can just mail the query to the NTA officials with your application form number, and the statement that you are unable to upload the images in your application form and a screenshot as well.

Just mail all the information to the officials of NTA and you will be assisted accordingly. Since, there might be a technical problem with the application form from their end. So, informing them would do the needful.
