If you want to qualify Jee Mains only still you need some proper strategy, as DC Pandey has Popularly 2 Types of book, 1st consists of 5 volumed book for deeper understanding and a decent choice for Jee Advanced And 2nd consists of 2 volumed book for 11th and 12th, decent choice for Jee mains, Wbjee, BITSAT, and other state engineering exams...

If you want to excel in Jee Mains then your strategy should be:

1. Cover Theories From Your Notes
2. Review Theory and Quick Notes from The Book
3. Complete Level-01(Easy Level) by dedicating around 2-5 minutes per Questions
4. Review Level-02(Medium Level): Don't Do All Questions But Allocate Atleast 5 minutes for each question, if you're able to solve it then well and good, but if not then immediately see solution and mark the question for future reference. (It saves your time And also makes you prepare for around 12 Medium Questions that will be asked In Jee mains physics)
5. Solve PYQs in dedicated 2 minutes slots per questions and leave that of Jee Advanced.

And Please Do Make Your Own handwritten notes of Physics formulas, tricks, concepts etc... which is for sure going to help you revise everything before Exam.

Well, for cracking JEE mains, DC Pandey level 1 is enough as there are good questions based on fundamental concepts. If you are able to solve level 1 of DC Pandey you can get more than 80 marks in JEE mains.

But you should also solve similar questions from other books.  The more you practice the better you become. So, keep practicing for better efficiency and speed.

Atlast, for better understanding of the questions you can solve level 2 of DC Pandey. They are tough and are of JEE advanced standard.

Lastly, don't forget to solve past year papers. They are very helpful for JEE mains.
