If you report in your allotted College throgh AIQ DEEMED counselling and verify your documents and take admission then your security deposit i.e, Rs 2 lakh will be get included in your Tution Fees of the college. So you will have to pay 2lakh less of your college tution feee during the admission procedure. If you report the college in first round and surrender your seat and exit the counselling then your security deposit will be refunded after the end of counselling in your respective bank account. There is no free exit in round 2 of AIQ DEEMED counselling so if you get allotted a college you will have to take admission and if you don't your security deposit will be forfeited.
