Hi,
Yes definitely you can give the exam the board actually matters during the filling of the form and therefore now they have started the system of separately taking the boards of 10th and 12th. So no issue. You can apply. All the best!

Yes, you definitely can appear for NEET given you registered for it as NEET doesn't have any bar regarding students having qualifications of different boards.
