Dear Aspirant,

If you are still enrolled in that college then you can continue most probably as you are considered as failed in first year and you have to repeat your first year from that college. Generally btech can be extended upto 7 years due to failures.

However, if you have withdrawn your admission from that college then you can not without passing the entrance exam( if any).
