I have discontinued my b.tech in 3rd year in 2016 and want to complete my graduation. But not into engineering instead in other streams.

No, your 2 years of B.Tech would not be counted if you change the field or the course and even if you go for B.Tech in distance then it is also not valid and has no value so as per my view better to go for other programs like B.A, B.Sc etc as per your interest and potential from decent university like IGNOU, DU etc.

Mam I have done my done my diploma in 2017 after that I completed btech 2nd year and I have done 3rd amd 4th year.shall I completenow 3rd and 4th year after 3years of gap.is ot ok
