In your case, you are eligible for 85% Quota seats in Haryana and during the counselling, your eligibility for the 85% Quota seats will be checked by the State Admitting Authorities and if found eligible,you will be given admission.
However, through 15% All India Quota, you can get the admission in medical colleges of any state.
