To get a state's domicile you should have done at least your 10th and 12th from the same state and since, you've done your 10th and 12th from different states you'll get the domicile of Maharashtra only if your father is a central government employee or else you'll have apply for the state your father belongs to. 

Basically, you won't get colleges in 85% state quota but in 15% AIQ. Good luck!
