Now when you have already filled wbjee form then you must give wbjee seriously because you are eligible for all colleges under wbjee. Now no other application for engineering colleges is there. Only you can apply for general colleges but with this you  can't get good college. So my suggestion will be you can focus on your wbjee only . Best of luck for your future.
