The eligiblity to pursue M.C.A. is that any graduation degree  any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering from any recognised University.  Along with that it is required that you must have mathematics as a subject in their 12th course or any one year of graduation. Hence with graduation in commerce, you can pursue MCA as long as you mad mathematics in 12th or during your graduation degree.
