If you want to take admission in medical college, then you have to appear for NEET for which the eligibility criteria is as follows;

Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB Aggregate inclusive of  theory  and practical against one's respective category  is to be attained

• UR - 50%
• OBC/ST/SC - 40%

If you fulfill the above mentioned criteria you can appear for NEET, as for the board it should be a recognized one which you need to check out, such as NIOS is a recognized board and candidates are eligible to appear for NEET passing  out from here.
