the fees submission i not active yet but will be in 2 3 days and the documents will be returned by end of October.

The portal for Online payment of fees for DU LLB has not opened yet. It will be displayed on your admission portal only. It is expected to be opened in 1-2 days.
The documents that you submit to the Authorities during verification will be returned around October only.
