see it would be difficult to secure job in research and development sector unless you have no work experiences , however for tier 1 college masters students usually placed in R and D sectors by college placement. however in case you did not get good placement in your college or now fresher it would be best to apply for relevant jobs related with pharmacy to gain experience, meanwhile you may look for research sectors work and make profile on linkedin, times job etc. I suggest you to make research papers in relevant journals if possible cause it adds excellent value to candidates profile.
