Sometimes, the image we upload over the online registration page is not clear and that is why the certificate may not get verified or you should also check your certificate validity. You can try editing the form details if that is possible. Generally, your seat allocation would not be cancelled but due to error in EWS certificate you may get seat under normal allocation so be prepared for that.
