I 've submitted my documents in neet counselling registration process but yesterday they asked me to reupload documents and I've done now my application status is showing student reupload is there any problem

Dont worry the status which is shown currently on your application only means that they have received your documents and are under the process of re-upload.you will receive notifications from them on your mail if there is any issue they will tell you like earlier they asked you to re-upload documents otherwise your application is likely proceeding smoothly!
