Hello aspirant,

For participating in the councilling process you have to show the domicile certificate if mentioned that UP is your home state irrespective of that you and your parents have studied in UP only but it is compulsory to present a domicile certificate. You can get your Domicile certificate from collectorate office of your City and also it takes only 2-3 days to be made.
