For confirmation of seat you have to visit the ARC centre. At the ARC centre your seat is been confirmed in the college wherever you have been alotted the seat.There is no need to visit the institute where you took the admission before the process of paying the fees starts.

YIf you want to visit the campus then you can definitely visit the college and campus.
