According to UGC Rule , its inavlid to pursue two degrees simultyaneously.

If you mention anywhere , you are definitely landing yourself into trouble.

According to rules, one degree and diploma is allowed to pursue simultaneously.

I would suggest to go through the best which will help you uplift your career and if pursuing both do not mention both always mention either of these.
