The final registration process has closed and you can not proceed with the registration now.
But since you have made the payment, i believe there might be some option which would help you, so i suggest that you reach out to the authorities and inform them about the same. Maybe they might give you some option to choose the city.
As such there is no option available through which you can go on and chooose the examination city.
