Dear Fayaz, you haven't mentioned whether you are an Indian Citizen or a Foreign National. If you are an Indian Citizen and hold domicile of any particular State, you can participate in both All India and State Counsellings for NEET. But if you are a foreign national or OCI holder, you are eligible for All India Counselling and if you appear for counselling and secure a seat in a GMC, you can certainly take admission.

Hello,

As per your requirement, i would say that as you have completed your 12 from nepal.. you can definitely give neet exam and get a government college- as you can apply through nri quota which has reservation for international students to study in india.

You have to appear neet ug exam after which you will have to appear for counseling to confirm your seat.

Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

Good luck
