Hii!
As per the eligibility criteria, you must have a graduation degree with you with atleast 50% marks from any relevant subject stream from a recognised University. So, your 10th and 12th certificates don't matter intially. This, you can apply for UPSC IAS and you will be eligible for it. Don't worry.
