Now,

As per neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC category at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

So,

Whether you can choose OBC NCL while filling Neet application form or not depends upon whether you are in the central list of OBC NCL or not. The link for the central OBC ncl list is provided below

Thus, if you are in the central list of OBC NCL then only choose OBC NCL as your category Otherwise you must choose general category.
