Hello student.

Although you can download your admit card without email id too as the login doesnt requires your email id but your application number and password but still I will suggest you to chnage your email id to the correct one when the NTA opens forms for correction.
Its always better to be safe

NTA which is the conducting body for NEET will provide a window for correction in all fields from 14 Jan 2019 to 31 Jan 2019.
