Hi Aspirant,

I understand that you have by mistake entered the first four digits of your Aadhar card instead of the last 4 digits while filling up the application form of Sam institution and organisation or entrance examination and does you need a way out for the same so that your candidature is maintained smoothly and so to answer your question firstly check if there is any availability of a correction window for you to make the necessary condition in the particular area of anomaly and if there is no provision of correction window Audi the correction window is closed then I request you to address this matter to the competent authorities at the earliest through post or via mail while mentioning the discrepancy that has occurred on your path and request them for making the necessary correction in your application form so that your candidature is duly maintained and also request them for the expedited solution. Also keep in mind to mention the necessary details related to your candidature while addressing this method to the competent authorities.

BEST WISHES!
