i have enter my first adhar digit instead of last four digits what will happen now plzz suggest

You didn't the field about which you are asking. This is a mistake which you have done now. In this case, your application form ( If you are asking about ) may get rejected, or you may get a chance to correct or edit the entries, depending upon the exam you are appearing in.
