Dear Adersh, you haven't mentioned the entrance examination you are enquiring about. Neverthless, your Identity the is either your Aadhar card/PAN Card/Driving License. It cannot be your Qualifying exam admit card. Because your admit card is just a pass for you to enter to the examination hall but that is not a proof of anything. Your 12th Admit card is not a valid identity proof. The document you show as a proof of your identity should be a valid one based on the Government guidelines and your 12th admit card is not consider a proof of that. Please change it to anyone among Aadhar card/PAN Card/Driving license for smooth processing.
