I have entered the OBC-NCL category but according to NCL qualifications I belong to OBC creamy layer, so can I change my category

Hello!!!

Now it is not possible to change the category. Moreover obc creamy layer means that you will get no quota and obviously will come under general category.  As per your percentile, your expected rank will be around 80,000. So with this rank it is difficult to get an upper tier college .
