Yes you can edit your aadhar ID in the neet application follow my steps. 

To edit the details the student have to visit the official website of the neet I'll give you the link in the next line.

https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/online/CandidateLogin.aspx

In the above link you can edit the applycation form, the student need to login by entering the registration number and the password of the Neet online form correction. The last date for the form correction is 31st jan 2019.

You dont have much time to edit your form as today's date is 30th jan 2019 you have to edit your form by tomorrow.
