If you have applied wrong student Id number, then there are possibility to  create  problem may not be now , but during verification it may create some hampering for you. I don't know what is the purpose who have filled form for, but its always advisable that you shouldn't left any problem unsolved as it can become hazardous for you in future. So I will advise you to contact the authority/exam board in there helpline number and get it discussed. If there is anything to be done then they will said it.
