Yes, It will a problem while getting government  job.Because you have to  fill the application form of the government job in according to your educational qualification certificates any differ from this leads to many problem during getting government job.

the ews certificate you have is not considered as your ews certificate at the time of document verification process of any govenment job because there is a change in your father's name as compared to your educational certificate.

It is my personal advice to you that you should apply for new ews certificate with same details as in your educational certificate.
