As you had filled form of neet through unreserced category, so you can not go with EWS certificate. However dont panic, do one thing try helpline contact number and mail id, and tell your problem. They can guide you further. This is tend to be impossible because geberally EWS ceritificate holders are not allowed under unreserved category.
