It depends whether your EWS certificate is needed for education purpose or in any governmental purposes.

Considering your EWS certificate is needed for educational purposes then you need to worry ,it is absolutely valid and you just show this document at whichever college you are taking admission ,it would be accepted.

But if it is not for educational, then you have to make that certificate at Central level .
