If you failed in class 12 in 2024 and then passed in 2025 and your TC says 2025 then you do not need to worry about any gap certificate for EAMCET or TS counselling They just want your correct marksheet and other normal documents like your TC and maybe your caste or income proof if needed Even if you had a gap they understand that sometimes students take an extra year and it is okay Just keep all your papers ready and tell the truth when they ask You will be fine and you can go to college like everyone else so do not be scared

Indeed, in most situations, you might have to give a gap certificate in TS EAMCET counselling as there exists a gap year (2025 - 2024) between the actual year passed and the year of passing reported in the Transfer Certificate and they may seek an explanation for that gap year. Its advisable to obtain on 10 or 20 rupees non-judicial stamp paper, affidavit stating the reasons for gap i.e., reappeared and cleared and get it notarized.
