As you have mentioned that you have failed in Maths subject in ISC 2019. Although you have qualified UPTU exam for b.arch with a good rank but you will not be able to get admission in any of the colleges. As the minimum criteria of every college is to be passed in main subjects. So, you are not eligible to get admission in any of the college.
