If ur Money has not been debited from ur account then u can fill another form for applying the exam but if money has been debited then u should be having the transaction id with u by checking out ur mini statement. And call the helpline no. of Jee Mains for ur assistance and provide them the proof in the for,m of ur transaction id.

If u are having any query regarding ur forms then freely ask the jee mains co ordinators or ping us for that.
