I have submitted my JEE main 2019 application form but while fee payment it the server was down so now how can I pay the fees??

I just fill jee advanced form 2020 and first time payment was deducted from my bank and the site show your payment is failure next moment i pay again and payment was successfully submitted. Ok now it is too long time my failure payment did not retrieve in my bank so please help.....?

Hi
The servers get down when there is a technical issue or there is heavy traffic in the server(many users at a time).

So don't worry, just try if frequent until you get, if there is any technology issue, they will sort it out as soon as possible.
