As you have secured 13406 CRL rank in jee mains then congratulations, you can easily get seat in some of the top nits and iiits.
Now in josaa there is nearly 420 choices this year if you have qualified jee mains. Now as you had selected 70 choices then according to me you with this much rank you are on safe side, and you will definitely get some of the good nits (with your crl rank) like nit trichy, nit rourkela, nit durgapur, nit calicut, etc.
But still i advise you to do not take any risk. Fill as many choices so that you will be on safe side .
