No, if you filled the category as general in JEE Mains but actually have an EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate, you won't be able to apply under the EWS category for JAC Delhi counselling The category selection in the JEE Mains application form is final after submission and payment. You cannot change it later .Since you selected general category in JEE Mains, your application will be considered under the general category for JAC Delhi counselling as well.
