Hello, 

While filling up the registration form for All India Quota or State Quota counselling you can mention that you belong to SC category and then during document verification you can get all your caste related documents verified. I assume you have done this mistake in your NEET application form so I guess it can be rectified in the NEET counselling and document verification process.
